All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

- made-to-order
- printed on demand
- fulfilled through production partners such as Printful or publishing distributors
Because of this, fulfillment times may vary depending on:

- customization
- seasonal demand
- shipping destination
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

United States
Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
International Orders
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Tracking Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because:

- books, apparel, mugs, pillows, and accessories may ship independently

Preorders
Preorder items will ship according to the estimated release timeline displayed on the product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your products may ship separately.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
- delays may occur
- additional shipping fees may apply
- undeliverable packages may be returned
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact:

- then contact us for additional support
We will do our best to assist with carrier investigations where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
